These terms govern the use of the Exposer Discord bot and web dashboard. By using Exposer, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance and eligibility
By inviting Exposer to a server, using /join, or logging into the web dashboard, you accept these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the bot, and at least 18 years old to purchase paid subscriptions.
Voice recording and consent
Before starting a recording with /join, you must ensure all people present in the voice channel are informed and agree to be recorded, in compliance with applicable laws.
Exposer displays a recording notice in the designated channel, but obtaining consent remains your primary responsibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Exposer for unlawful wiretapping, secret recording, harassment, or infringing confidentiality agreements.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer the bot or bypass usage limits.
AI transcription and summaries
Transcripts and meeting summaries are generated using artificial intelligence models.
They are provided for informational and productivity purposes and do not constitute certified legal records. Always verify critical facts.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
Intellectual property
You own the audio, transcripts, and notes of your meetings. Exposer does not claim ownership of your content.
We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train AI models.
Limitation of liability
Exposer is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 dollars.
